FAQ: Presentation and Registration

We have received several questions about presentation decisions, workshop registration, and visa invitation letters. Please find the answers below.

When and where will the workshop take place?

The DT4H workshop will take place on Sunday, 27 September 2026, from 13:30 to 18:00, in the Bruxelles room (Ground Floor). These details are listed in the official MICCAI 2026 Satellite Events Program.

When will we know whether our paper has been selected for an oral or poster presentation?

The presentation format for each accepted paper is planned to be announced on 22 July 2026, after the camera-ready submission deadline.

What is the page limit for the camera-ready paper?

The final camera-ready version may be extended to a maximum of 15 pages.

Can the author list be changed in the camera-ready version?

The author list in the camera-ready version should be consistent with the original OpenReview submission. If an authorship change is necessary, please contact the DT4H organizing committee and provide a justification for the requested change.

When is the registration deadline, and how should we register?

You do NOT need to register for the main MICCAI conference. Please register through the MICCAI 2026 registration system and select workshop-only registration for 27 September 2026.

We highly recommend registering by 17 August 2026 to benefit from the early-bird rate.

Can workshop participants obtain an invitation letter for a visa application?

Yes. Once you have registered for the workshop through the MICCAI 2026 website, you can request an official invitation letter to support your visa application.
